Low-Carb, Protein-Packed Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower or 1 10-oz bag of fresh or frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 whole egg or two egg whites
- 1 scoop Naked Pea protein powder
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit

If using a head of cauliflower, use a food processor or grater to rice the cauliflower. If using a bag make sure it is completely thawed. Steam cauliflower rice in the microwave for 5-7 minutes or as directed on the package and allow to cool.

Using a paper towel or cheesecloth, squeeze all the excess liquid out of the cauliflower.

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower rice with the remaining ingredients and mix until it resembles a dough.

Form the dough into a 10-inch circle on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and top with sauce, cheese, and other desired toppings and place back in the oven on broil for 3-5 minutes.
